Baltimore Wooden Boat Festival

Baltimore is going to be busy this weekend as two festivals will entertain locals and visitors. The seafood festival is three-day festival showcase for the products of Baltimore's fishing and local food-producers. Little Red: Family Fairytale Workshop takes place in The Ark on Sunday afternoon as part of theInternational Literature Festival Dublin. Rediscover the stories of Hansel & Gretel and Rapunzel - with wicked twists! - and help Bethan Woollvin build a 3D fairytale forest out of paper.

The Tattersalls Irish Guineas Festival promises two spectacular days of racing at The Curragh followed by live music and entertainment.
Dublin Mountain Partnership have organsied an easy walk around Cruagh Forest suitable for all the family on Sunday, meeting in the car-park at 11am. The route difficulty is rated easy and will take about two hours. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed on this walk and booking must be made in advance before noon on Friday.
